He has a vast experience in the field and luxury high end homes are his speciality. He has delivered multiple residential homes under his company KG Builder & Developers in South Delhi with world class architecture. He has various delivered as well as ongoing projects in prime locations all over Goa. He has developed a wide range of villas from 200 sqm villas to 1000 sqft villas in Goa.

Mr. Partha Prasad, brings with him over 30 years of very diverse experience in Strategic Management with indepth exposure in Financial Services, Hospitality, Real Estate and Retail. He is an alumnus of Sri Ram College of Commerce & Faculty of Law, Delhi and Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He was Director Planning & Development for The Park Hotels. He is also responsible for green and brown field asset acquisition along with multiple development projects at a pan India level. He has previously headed the core team of Apeejay Financial Services with an AUM of over 500 crores. He is actively involved in the development of prestigious hospitality, high end residential and commercial projects in Goa since 2008: The Sol de Goa, The Hilton Resorts, Bent Miguel to name a few.
